Customer Success & Sales Manager - Civil or Electrical Engineering prefered

At EvolveTalent, we are partnering with a leading international systems integrator to find a Customer Success & Service Sales Manager who combines commercial insight with technical understanding. This newly created role supports strategic growth across the Swiss market and offers the opportunity to shape service value delivery in a highly specialised technology environment.
About the Role
You will take ownership of client relationships across Switzerland, driving service sales, creating tailored proposals, and maximising account value. The role is a hybrid of account management, technical estimating, and commercial sales — ideal for someone who thrives on both client engagement and solution building.
Key Responsibilities
* Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring service excellence
* Identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities across maintenance and project services
* Prepare tailored proposals and cost estimates based on system evaluations and client needs
* Translate technical recommendations into compelling commercial offers
* Collaborate with service engineers and project managers to ensure alignment on solutions
* Conduct client reviews and assessments to uncover further business potential
* Ensure compliance with pricing, margin targets, and operational requirements
What You Bring
* 3-5+ years in a client-facing role, ideally within technology, security systems, or engineering services
* Strong commercial acumen and communication skills
* Experience preparing sales proposals or technical service offers
* Knowledge of physical security systems (e.g. CCTV, access control, fire systems) is a plus
* Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office
* Fluency in English and ideally German and/or French
* Valid Swiss driving licence and willingness to travel within Switzerland
