Your Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for Recruitment Service Management
Responsible for Vendor Mgt linked to Talent and Organizational Development
Providing HR BP support for defined Business areas
Supporting Head HR Strategic Projects with Project Management activities and Project Portfolio Mgt
Your Qualifications:
Master Degree in HR, Economics or Psychology
+ years work experience in HR
Min. 5 years experience as HRBP
Min. 3 years experience as Service Manager / Vendor Manager
Strong communication and presentation skills with business fluent english language skills
Partnering, consulting, influencing & relationship management skills
Global /international mindset
Able to translate business requirements into HRIS
Self-starter and fast learner with the experience to quickly establish relationships and be viewed as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert
High planning and project management and execution capability - able to oversee, plan and execute parallel concurrent activities to serve organization wide plans
Strong at analysis (including MS Excel), reporting, presenting and facilitating
Strong customer service and communication skills with the ability to handle confidential information
