Job Description
LTC responsibilities:
Achieves sales objectives by:
2. Identifying customer needs through effective questioning and selecting appropriate products
3. Using product knowledge to identify sales opportunities and match right product to clients’ requirements
4. Offering clients, the product corresponding to client’s needs and expectations
5. Preparing personalized quotations by email, mail, over the telephone in face to face meetings and through the various social medias used by ESL
6. Maximizing all sales opportunities through customer interaction
7. Providing clients with assistance on visa requirements, travel arrangements and
8. regulations, insurances obligations etc.
9. Assisting clients throughout all the steps of the sales process until the taking over of the CC
10. Assures quality of service offered to clients corresponds to ESL quality standards by:
11. Applying ESL’s sales processes
12. Handling daily dispatched workload following ESL deadlines policies
13. Processing clients following ESL deadlines policies
14. Offering clients customized consultancy including all information as per ESL policies
15. Providing clients, a professional service that exceeds their expectations
16. Identifying customer needs through effective questioning and selecting appropriate products
17. Following-up clients as per ESL deadlines policies
18. Processing complete booking information to CC as per ESL internal policies
19. Maintains and expands customer base by building and maintaining rapport with customers and identifying new customer opportunities
20. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; establishing and maintaining personal networks
21. Contributes to the implementation of the Marketing actions in the office’s area
22. Assures effective communication with client, partners, other departments and direct manager
23. Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes
24. Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential
25. Special projects as assigned
Customer Care responsibilities:
26. Processing bookings
27. Managing customers’ files
28. Assisting customers before, during and after their stay
29. Invoicing courses, collecting invoices and ensuring receipt of payment
30. Dealing with problems and special requests, if problem cannot be solved alone, referring to the CC Manager
31. Providing personalised advice to each customer, including detailed information regarding every step of the language course
32. Knowing the products and services offered by ESL perfectly
33. Being available for the department, the CC manager(s) and other employees
34. Assisting with any special projects or various administrative tasks as assigned
35. Organising and planning their own work
Qualifications
Your professional skills:
36. You possess interpersonal and communication skills
37. You are able to work in an autonomous and organised manner, with a high sense of responsibility
38. You are an Italian speaker (C1/C2) and have a very good level of English (at least level B2), any other language is a bonus
Your personal skills:
39. You have a smart appearance
40. You are available and flexible, with a good team spirit
41. You possess a good knowledge of geography
42. You have experience and a taste for travelling
Preferred:
43. Previous experience in a sales position, ideally in a travel agency
