We’re looking for ambitious students to join our 2026 Technology Summer Internship Program.
What you’ll get to do
* Work on web applications in the Due Diligence space, built with Java/Spring/Oracle
* Learn about how our Gitlab pipelines work and identify ways to improve them
* Learn about cloud-based applications and how they differ from traditional applications
* Collaborate with teams across multiple locations, through pair programming and group projects, learning from senior engineers how to build robust, scalable products
* Work closely with cross‑functional team members to improve our digital products
Your team
You’ll be working alongside the Group Compliance, Regulatory & Governance (GCRG) Client Reviews team in Zurich or Lausanne. Our team develops, enhances and supports web applications in the Financial Crime Prevention space, with thousands of client advisors and compliance staff using our systems daily.
Your expertise
* Is currently enrolled in studies, preferably in a MINT topic, and will graduate in late 2026 or 2027
* Has values that align with ours: hard‑working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
* Is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
* Is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines
