In this role, you will be instrumental in guiding clients through the design, configuration and optimization of their business processes, leveraging our advanced INSIS platform. Your expertise will help organizations maximize value and enhance stakeholder satisfaction. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liFacilitate face-to-face workshops with clients to design and map out optimized business processes aligned with the platform's capabilities. /li liIdentify and define innovative solutions that enhance the value delivered to stakeholders. /li liDesign and configure solutions utilizing INSIS and related systems. /li liSupport clients in understanding business processes as they relate to the INSIS platform. /li liConduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients on the effective use of INSIS. /li liLead strategic planning for functional analysis and prioritize business requirements based on client needs. /li liExecute functional team tasks, ensuring thorough follow-up on requirements gathering, analysis, and configuration. /li liProvide support in clarifying tasks for the technical team and assist in planning the testing strategy. /li liMap business processes and create SIPOC diagrams collaboratively with clients. /li liParticipate in proof-of-concept initiatives across various business lines. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liProven experience in business process consulting within the insurance sector (Life, PC). /li liStrong understanding of business process mapping and requirements gathering. /li liExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for training and mentorship. /li liAbility to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into actionable plans. /li liExperience in product configuration with INSIS (PAS, BLC, Commissions) /li liExperience in complex implementations. /li liA proactive approach to problem-solving and client engagement. /li liAdvanced English level. /li /ul h3Who We Are /h3 pLooking for a challenging and inspiring work environment where you can make a difference?
