Your responsibilities
* Independently manage IFS Applications implementation projects within your area of specialization
* Analyze business processes and customer expectations, and map them within the IFS Applications system
* Investigate incidents and errors in the customer’s ERP software
* Configure and/or prepare the system accordingly
* Conduct training sessions and workshops for system users
* Create documentation and test scenarios
* Provide end-user support and consulting
* Participate in development projects and testing of new functionalities
* Deliver high-quality customer service
Our requirements
* Minimum 3 years of experience in ERP implementation or support (IFS CLOUD or IFS 9&10)
* Solid understanding of business processes in your area of expertise
* Fluent in both German and English
* Willingness to travel
* Strong analytical thinking and quick learning ability
* Excellent communication skills and customer focus
* Ability to work with custom objects and PL/SQL
* Openness to relocation to Switzerland
