The position ensures the local sales organization is well‑structured, aligned, and fully focused on delivering business priorities and OA performance targets. With a strong sales management background, the OT Sales Lead OA drives disciplined pipeline management, accurate forecasting, and effective sales planning. Working closely with the OA Lead and the OT Sales Lead OU, the role leads initiatives that strengthen sales performance, commercial effectiveness, and customer value. /p pSuccess in this position requires strong organizational insight and the ability to operate effectively within a complex matrix environment.
