As part of the Product Marketing department and reporting to the Product Marketing & Heritage Director, you will be responsible for defining the product marketing strategy of the Maison. Your role involves collaborating on the strategy and structure of the core collection, including Reverso, Rendez Vous, and the Master collection. You will oversee the development of product novelties, coordinate with stakeholders (Project, Supply Chain, Communication, International Sales, and Markets), and ensure the achievement of turnover, profitability, and launch date objectives. Additionally, you will support the 5 year plan by monitoring targeted turnover, quantities, margins, and average prices to develop a robust brand strategy.

You will track collection performances supported by KPIs and analysis provided by the Marketing Business Analyst.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

Lead the development strategy of the collection

* Analyze competitors, market trends, and trends in related sectors (High Jewellery, Fashion)
* Define marketing strategies for new product lines and develop corresponding marketing plans
* Define new products within existing lines and prepare marketing briefs

Coordinate the product development of collections

* Provide briefs to the Design team and follow up until validation of drawings
* Monitor industrial development from prototyping to launch, ensuring financial viability

Manage collections

* Follow collection performance with the Marketing Business Analyst: analyze monthly sales, manage product allocation with International Sales, oversee stock levels with Supply Chain, and manage product life cycle
* Collaborate on sales forecasts for existing and in development projects
* Ensure accurate product information inputs in OCP

Coordinate product launches

1. Draft Product News and ID Cards, sales documents for launches
