Privacy Data Protection Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with data protection teams and stakeholders to ensure efficient and effective privacy compliance.
* Work closely with development teams to identify data flows and develop records of processing activities.
* Conduct risk assessments and DPIAs for products, systems, and services, assessing risks and recommending mitigating controls.
* Lead privacy projects, identify trends, and leverage data to drive improvement across our organization.
* Support team members, advise on decisions, and resolve areas of opportunity.
* Manage data subject requests and prepare clear process documentation.
* Prepare and deliver presentations to various audiences within our organization.
* Identify, implement, and monitor privacy KPIs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Law, Cyber Security, Engineering, or related discipline.
* 5+ years of experience in a privacy program, including hands-on experience with multiple areas of privacy.
* 3+ years of project management experience.
* Able to identify compliant solutions and drive project execution.
* Self-starter with close attention to detail.
* Strong communication skills for presenting to varied audiences.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
* Experience developing GDPR-compliant privacy programs and processes.
* Familiarity with security and privacy standards such as SOC, ISO 27001, and HITRUST.
* Experience using automated privacy platforms.
