Young Swiss citizens from Generations Y and Z want to better understand their future income through the three pillars of the Swiss pension system.
We are looking for an outstanding developer with an analytical and entrepreneurial mindset to explore how AI can create new opportunities and optimize iPension, a market-leading software suite. You will join the Neosis team, ELCA's subsidiary dedicated to pension services and software, which provides the first digital administration solution for the Swiss pension system.
Our software is the result of over five years of development and represents the largest project ever undertaken by ELCA. It not only enables pension experts to carry out their administrative work efficiently but also helps employers and citizens engage more actively with their pension plans through digital channels, while simplifying interactions with institutions using artificial intelligence.
The internship will involve:
 * Exploring AI use cases within the software and identifying areas where AI can improve productivity, automate tasks, or support decision-making for pension and social insurance experts.
 * Designing and prototyping AI models based on data, patterns, identified improvements, and opportunities.
 * Integrating and testing these models to deliver tangible improvements to the administrative system.
Philosophy:
Supporting and facilitating the work of business users and experts within pension and social insurance funds to make their daily tasks easier, more responsive, and efficient.
