We are seeking an Avionics Technician to perform inspection, assembly, installation, and testing of avionics and electrical systems, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. In this role, you will carry out preventive maintenance, support sub‑and final‑assembly activities, and collaborate with engineers and technicians to resolve issues and improve processes.
Key Tasks
Perform sub‑assembly and final‑assembly tasks.
Fit and install electrical systems as well as avionics systems.
Collaborate with engineers, and other technicians to resolve assembly problems and improve processes.
Perform system tests to ensure proper function and compliance with regulations.
Maintain and follow health, safety and quality standards during the assembly process.
Working independently and responsibly. Perform tasks as described above. Proactive communication when issues arise, or help is needed.
Compliance according to ANAVIA’ employment contract, compliance with company’ safety instructions and employee’ safety requirements, compliance with employers’ quality manual, work instructions and corresponding process specifications and instructions.
Assure 5s behavior to drive clean, safe and efficient work processes.
Qualifications
Completed technical education.
At a minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar technical function.
Solid technical and practical understanding of mechanical, mechatronic and electrical systems.
Process-oriented and structured work methods.
Responsible. Good technical understanding. Good communication skills.
Good language skills in English (oral and written). German desirable.
