* Prototype & MVP development (Solidity, Python, NodeJS, React)
* Technical leadership (outsourcing, architecture, specifications)
* AI & Blockchain solutions for internal and external use cases
* Partner selection & management, ensuring the best fit for each project
* System integration with corporate infrastructure (Kubernetes, Gitlab, AWS, GCP)
* Innovation & tech watch (Blockchain, AI, Web3, XR/VR)
* Education & knowledge sharing, supporting teams on emerging tech
The Successful Applicant
* Experience in software architecture & tech strategy in enterprise environments
* Strong expertise in API design, corporate infrastructure integration
* Ability to build full-stack PoCs and MVPs
* Proven ability to evaluate and select the right partners for outsourced projects
* Fluent in French and English (spoken & written)
* Passion for AI, Blockchain, and emerging technologies
* Strong communication & leadership skills
