Due to expansion of our production operations, we are seeking a Production Manager / Shift Supervisor to ensure efficient shift operations, high product quality, and achievement of production targets.
Key Responsibilities Manage daily production activities and shift operations
Ensure achievement of production plans, output targets, and KPIs
Lead, coordinate, and motivate production teams
Monitor equipment utilization and production efficiency
Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety rules, and work instructions
Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, and Engineering departments
Use ERP and MES systems to track production orders, materials, and performance
Analyze production data and prepare reports based on ERP/MES
Identify process improvements and implement corrective actions
Prepare production reports and shift handover documentation
Support onboarding and training of production personnel Requirements Degree or vocational education in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
3+ years of experience in production supervision or manufacturing management
Experience managing teams in industrial environment
Practical experience working with ERP and/or MES systems
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Understanding of lean manufacturing principles is an advantage
