Overview
(Contract) Psychotherapist / Psychologist (Part-Time, Hybrid: Remote/In-Person) – Switzerland-based licensure required. The employer is Spring Health, a provider of mental health benefits for employers, offering a tech-enabled platform and provider network for patient care.
What You'll Do
* Provide counseling to clients with benefits ranging from short-term goal-focused EAP to employer health plans, allowing as many sessions as medically necessary.
* Treat adults who have completed brief, evidence-based online screenings identifying their symptoms and areas of concern.
* Open to treating additional populations such as children, adolescents, couples, or families when possible.
* Maintain a calendar displaying your availability and complete session documentation in a timely manner within our scheduling system.
* Use evidence-based treatment modalities and interventions tailored to your client’s needs.
* Collaborate with our provider support team, clinical care navigation team, and administrative care team as needed.
* Provide culturally competent and empathetic care, upholding values of diversity and inclusion for all races, ethnicities, and genders.
Who You Are
* You hold an unrestricted license to practice counseling (as a Psychologist, Psychotherapist, Clinical Psychologist, etc.) in Switzerland. Applications from individuals requiring licensed supervision are not accepted.
* You have a minimum of 3 years of independent clinical experience.
* You are comfortable with technology and telehealth.
* You are available to offer some monthly in-person availability for Spring Health members in Schweizerhalle, Switzerland.
* You have training and experience in evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT, CPT.
* You are comfortable with safety planning and intervention for higher-risk situations.
* You are committed to quality clinical care and want to grow by monitoring client progress and challenges.
* You prefer working independently but value team support and opportunities to collaborate with other providers and clinical care navigators.
Note: If you are interested in in-person work with Spring Health members, your own office space in Schweizerhalle, Switzerland will be required.
