We're looking for an IT Finance Analyst who will play a key role in designing, configuring, and supporting our financial systems – with a strong focus on SAP S/4HANA FICO. Main Responsibilities
* Design and configure end‑to‑end SAP S/4HANA FICO solutions according to business needs
* Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules and third‑party systems
* Participate in project delivery: solution design, configuration, testing, and documentation
* Provide user support and enhancements for SAP FI/CO
* Support additional Finance tools such as Basware (AP), Concur (Travel & Expense), and planning/consolidation systems
* Troubleshoot issues across systems, data, and processes
* Collaborate closely with Finance, Controlling, Operations, and other functional teams
* Translate business requirements into technical solutions
* Provide guidance on SAP best practices and design standards
* Contribute to high‑quality project execution and continuous service improvement

Minimum Requirements
* Bachelor's degree or relevant professional experience in IT
* 5+ years working with SAP S/4HANA Financials, including hands‑on configuration
* 2+ years of full lifecycle S/4HANA implementation, including New GL
* Solid experience across SAP FI & CO: GL/New GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, COPA
* Strong understanding of finance and controlling business processes
* Experience in virtual and international environments
* Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
* SAP S/4HANA FICO certification
* Knowledge of Basware, Concur, or other financial applications
* Familiarity with SOX methodology
* Experience with Microsoft tools such as Project and Visio
* Ability to lead projects and support non‑SAP applications
