Your role: - Handle support requests and configure clients' systems while ensuring compliance with standards and procedures. - Assist with routine operations. - Implement sold infrastructure projects (cloud and on-premise).Your profile: - Have a successful experience (5 to 10 years) in a similar role. - Master office tools and the Windows environment. - Have knowledge of networks, architectures, components, and their configuration: Microsoft Server, Hyper-V, Exchange, HP networks (switch and WiFi), Microsoft 365, DNS, DHCP, routing, firewall network services. - Have a customer service orientation. - Be able to manage stress in unexpected situations. - Be able to report on your activities regularly. - Demonstrate initiative and propose improvements. - Be autonomous while having a great team spirit. - Hold a Microsoft 365 Modern certification.
