Job description
Leading the team with the store- and assistant store manager
1. Help recruit new employees according to a predefined profile and with the agreement of HR and retail manager.
2. Integrate and train new employees.
3. Passionately promote the brand to the team to constantly improve customer service.
4. Support and develop co-workers to ensure continuous skill acquisition and employment during sales (selling skills, product knowledge, visual merchandising).
5. Organize and conduct meetings in collaboration with the store- and assistant store manager.
6. Regularly evaluate the performance, skills, and development of each co-worker through MAGs, etc.
7. Pay attention to co-workers by praising successes and discussing problems to build trust, and also to address issues.
8. Act as a neutral role/referee in case of conflicts.
9. Organize regular meetings (minimum once a week).
10. Motivate and empower co-workers daily to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Sales management (boost sales)
1. Maintain knowledge of different collections and products (trends, styles, materials, etc.).
2. Monitor to ensure a unique purchase experience (team availability, quality of customer care, speed of checkout, role flexibility within the team).
3. Ensure the availability of regularly offered services to customers (repairs, exchanges, vouchers, mail delivery, etc.).
4. Remain vigilant against theft to prevent it.
5. Oversee the tour-guide business.
Setting the scene for the brand (image, product, merchandising)
1. Continuously monitor to ensure a safe, tidy, and clean store environment.
2. Ensure overall comfort to enhance customer experience (store atmosphere, lighting, music, etc.).
3. Organize and execute product presentations respecting merchandising norms and guidelines, adapting as needed for the store.
Leading the store in collaboration with the store- and assistant store manager
1. Manage contracts and plans in compliance with all social rules and norms as per labor law.
2. Optimize expenditures affecting the operating statement (office supplies, phone, etc.).
3. Serve as a role model regarding cash register procedures and money handling (bank statements, cash register status, etc.).
4. Analyze results based on collections and indicators to implement plans.
5. Ensure effective information flow within the hierarchy.
Store organization in collaboration with the store- and assistant store manager
1. Maintain the store's condition, including necessary materials and maintenance.
2. Monitor organization and cleanliness of material reserves and back office according to defined processes.
3. Handle logistical tasks (delivery quality and quantity control, unpacking, placement of goods).
4. Apply and respect product flow specifications (handling false deliveries, transfers, defective goods, returns, etc.).
5. Confirm ware-orders and ensure optimal stock replenishment based on stock analysis.
Profile
In addition to main tasks/goals, to excite customers and uphold brand policy, the deputy flagship store manager must:
* Lead a team in collaboration with the store manager.
* Boost sales.

* Ensure overall store organization and management with the store manager.

Professional requirements

* Proficient in sales strategy.
