We operate a modern infrastructure — from web analytics to CRM integrations — and provide impetus for fundraising and digital initiatives.What you can achieve- Responsibility for web analytics, reporting, and tracking (GA4, Looker Studio, Grafana): development of dashboards, analysis of user behavior, customer journeys, and performance- Definition, technical implementation, and quality assurance of tracking, including legal and consent requirements according to data protection regulations (Consent Mode, Cookie management)- Analysis, interpretation, and understandable preparation of web and campaign data, including the derivation of concrete recommendations for action for stakeholders- Planning, management, and optimization of digital activities and campaigns- Support for internal stakeholders: analyzing requirements, deriving measures, and accompanying implementation; central point of contact (SPOC) for web analytics and tracking, including coordination with agencies- Further development of the analysis and tracking landscape, including reporting systems, tracking setups, and A/B testingWhat you bring- Completed university or technical college degree in a related field; further training in Data Science is an advantage- Several years of professional experience in web analytics, tracking implementation, and the operation of dashboards and reports- Confident handling of GA4, tracking concepts, SQL, as well as modern analysis and visualization tools- Basic understanding of data warehousing (e.g., Snowflake) and CRM (e.g., Salesforce) is an advantage- Strong analytical skills, high affinity for data, and confidence in analyzing complex data and customer journeys- High quality and service orientation, flexibility, and resilience, as well as a cross-team, independent, and goal-oriented way of working- Excellent German language skills (C1/C2) as well as good French and English skills (B2)What awaits you- An extraordinary field of activity with plenty of creative freedom and a modern analytics and tech stack (GA4, Looker Studio, Grafana, Snowflake, dbt)- Collegial and appreciative working environment- Modern office premises within walking distance of the train station- Part-time remote workHow to applyWe look forward to receiving your complete online application (cover letter, CV, employment references, and diplomas).
