Job Title:
The Head of Apparel Product Management is a pivotal role that oversees the development and scaling of On's overall apparel product vision.
This leadership position will be responsible for crafting the DNA and appeal for our apparel pieces to be chosen over competitors, particularly from demanding consumers in performance running as well as luxury sportswear.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute On's apparel product strategy
* Imagine and develop product opportunities in collaboration with internal teams
* Manage key collaborations to establish On as an authentic apparel brand
* Partner with marketing and merchandising teams in creating compelling stories and messaging
* Ensure timely delivery of products at expected standards
* Facilitate smooth GTM processes and ensure products reach the right consumer at the right time
* Lead key milestones meetings and prepare for internal and external presentations
* Build, nurture, and inspire a diverse talent pipeline within the product management team
* Develop structured collections according to company priorities and manage product strategies from briefing to handover
* Stay on top of demand and supply, strategic efficiency topics, and margins
Requirements:
* Minimum 9+ years of progressive work experience in product management, creation, merchandising, go-to-market, or sales
* Experience working in apparel product management combining fashion and performance/sports
* Problem-solving and analytical skills with data-driven insights
* Exceptional communication skills enabling leadership through influence
* People Leadership Skills with at least 7 years of experience as a leader inspiring the apparel and wider On team
* Proven expertise in competitive sportswear landscape and consumer trends
* Experience managing PLM and other product systems
* Experience with progressive and innovative consumer insights efforts
