We are looking for two Fund Controllers on a temporary basis, for one 11 months contract and one 6 months contract, with possibility of extension, start asap.
Fund Controller 11 months
About the role:
* Full end-to-end operational ownership of Private Equity funds
* Oversight of accounting, investor reporting, financial reporting, audits, cash management, and fee calculations
* Review and challenge of portfolio and fund-level reporting, including valuations
* Monitoring of liquidity, capital calls, distributions, and credit facilities
* Reconciliation and oversight of administrators and auditors
* Ensuring timely, accurate reporting and compliance with deadlines
* Acting as trusted contact for investors and internal stakeholders
* Supporting collaboration across Investment, Product, Client Services, Risk, Legal, and Finance
* Promoting a professional, performance-driven team culture
About the candidate:
* Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration, or 3+ years of relevant experience
* Experience in financial services; Private Equity strongly preferred
* Strong knowledge of fund accounting, reporting, and PE structures
* Structured, analytical, and comfortable managing tight deadlines
* High digital literacy and interest in automation and AI-driven solutions
* Strong stakeholder and service-oriented mindset
* Self-motivated, accountable, and team-oriented
* Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
