Responsibilities Edit and polish podcast audio and video files for clarity, flow, and professional quality
Remove background noise, filler words, and technical glitches from recordings
Sync audio and video tracks, ensuring seamless transitions and alignment
Add intro/outro music, sound effects, and visual elements as needed
Collaborate with the podcast creator to implement feedback and maintain a consistent style
Prepare final files for distribution across major podcast and video platforms
Manage project files and maintain organized archives for future reference
Skills And Requirements Proven experience editing both audio and video for podcasts or similar content
Proficiency with editing software such as Adobe Audition, Audacity, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro
Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver polished, high-quality episodes
Understanding of podcast production workflows and best practices
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setting
Interest in renewable energy, international development, or cross-cultural projects is a plus
