Job Summary
* The Sales Support Specialist plays a crucial role in driving sales success by providing administrative support to the Sales Director and Account Owners.

Main Responsibilities
1. Assist the Sales Director in organizing internal team meetings, preparing materials, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
2. Support Account and Key Account Managers in client meetings preparation, production of sales material, and CRM compliance.
3. Drive SFDC compliance by monitoring KPIs, creating and tracking reports, and ensuring critical client contacts are mapped.
4. Execute special projects by providing project management, tracking sheets, project plans, and weekly status updates.
Key Skills and Qualifications
* Fluent in English and French.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability in project management.
* Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (including PowerPoint) and AI tools.
