We are seeking a motivated and experienced developer (f/m/d) for our agile product team, with a focus on quality and lean processes.
In this role, your responsibilities will include:
* Being an active member of the securities back office team
* Participating in and contributing to the team's agile events
* Supporting solution finding and design, including analysis, concepts, and backlog refinement
* Implementing customer requirements in Avaloq related to corporate actions, securities reconciliation, and settlement, including programming, integration, testing, and rollout
* Ensuring delivery quality through shift-left, DevOps practices, and collaboration with the QA team
* Creating and maintaining in-house developments and interfaces
* Maintaining high customer satisfaction via continuous feedback and product adaptation to user needs
Your profile
* Experience as an Avaloq core banking Developer and/or Avaloq Business Analyst with strong parametrization skills
* Preferably experienced in settlement, corporate actions, reconciliation
* Fluent in English or German
* Proficient in Avaloq script and PL/SQL programming
* Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, DevOps, Kanban); SAFe certification is a plus
* Good communication skills, resilient, with initiative and implementation capabilities
* Strong analytical and conceptual skills
* Structured, independent working style
* Customer-oriented with the ability to translate needs into solutions
