We’re looking for an ambitious Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our fast-growing IT sales team in the Zug area. If you’re a strong communicator with experience in B2B sales in the IT industry, fluent in English, and eager to grow with a Swiss tech company – this opportunity is for you.
Location:
* First month fully on-site (Zug/Baar office)
* Afterwards: hybrid model (3 days from office, 2 days remote)
Employment Type:
* Full-time (initially 50%, upgraded to full-time after the first month if successful)
* Contract options: Swiss employment contract (UoP) or B2B/freelance agreement
Languages required:
* German (fluent/native)
Compensation:
* Attractive success-based commission system

Your key responsibilities:
* Identify and acquire new B2B clients in the IT industry across the DACH region
* Drive the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing
* Build strong, lasting relationships with prospects and clients
* Collaborate with marketing, delivery, and leadership teams to align goals and offers
* Maintain CRM records and report progress to the Head of Sales
What we’re looking for:
* Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B IT sales (required)
* Proven track record of client acquisition and deal closing
* Knowledge of the Swiss or German-speaking tech market
* Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
* Self-driven, structured, and able to work independently
