What You Will Do
* Conduct professional, meaningful conversations with prospective clients
* Proactively prospect and identify new potential clients
* Support individuals in clarifying their goals and determining whether our programs are a good fit
* Build and maintain authentic, long-term client relationships
* Guide decision-making processes with clarity, neutrality, and respect
* Use CRM tools to manage client pathways, follow-ups, and activity
* Work remotely with flexible hours (minimum 10–15 hours per week), suitable alongside other commitments

Qualifications
* 5+ years of experience in leadership, business development, coaching, or self-employment
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and maintain consistent activity
* Comfort with prospecting, outreach, and building new client relationships
* Excellent English skills
* Interest in personal and professional development
* Ability to communicate in a grounded, human way
* Alignment with a team culture that values self-awareness and authenticity
