What makes your daily work exciting: You independently manage the entire recruitment process for our French-speaking Swiss branches, from identifying needs to integrating new employees, thus directly contributing to the company’s success. You primarily recruit software consultants, while also occasionally filling other roles, bringing diversity and richness to your activity. In addition to your daily work in Biel or Lausanne and remote work, you are present at least twice a month at our Bern, Basel or Zurich site to actively exchange with your colleagues. To bring even more variety to your daily work, you will also participate in Employer Branding initiatives and actively contribute to the implementation of various HR projects. Thanks to your empathetic and solution-oriented approach, you support employees and managers in all recruitment-related matters. Through appropriate measures and formats, you ensure the anchoring of our values and culture within the teams. You liaise with the HR team and support our employees in all areas related to the employee lifecycle (integration, assignment, development and departure). In coordination with the team and the Lead People Coach, you ensure optimal skills development and effective workforce planning, and you implement development and recruitment measures at an early stage. What you bring: You have at least 2 years of experience in recruitment and possess an excellent understanding of human relations. Regarding your background, there is no single path: a commercial education complemented by an HR specialisation or solid experience in a similar role are valuable assets. You are passionate about HR topics and motivated by the desire to recruit the right person at the right time. You work with rigour, method and a sense of responsibility. Autonomous and confident, you also know how to defend your ideas with conviction. Your future colleagues look forward to welcoming an authentic, positive person with a good sense of humour — including about themselves. The position is demanding and fast-paced; you need to enjoy a dynamic environment and be able to stay on course even when daily life accelerates. But the adventure is truly worth it. The ability to openly address delicate topics and conflicts, to act as a mediator and actively support the team in finding solutions. The ability to encourage each individual and build trusting relationships. French is your mother tongue and you can easily communicate with your German-speaking Swiss colleagues. What we offer you: A demanding but extremely exciting position, for which we will provide thorough on-site training to enable you to start under the best conditions. Without wanting to boast, we probably have an excellent team spirit. To stay modest, we prefer to quote a five-star review published on Kununu: "Team spirit is a priority." And it really is. In 20 years, our growth has been very rapid but controlled and sustainable. We are now well structured, while retaining what has been our strength from the start: simple processes, flat hierarchies and direct access to the right contacts. As a major player in our sector, we are recognised for the high quality of our services. This requirement regularly earns us distinctions as a reference implementation partner. An attractive salary, which evolves according to your performance. Daily sickness and accident insurance premiums are fully covered by us. Combined with other benefits, they quickly represent several thousand francs per year. jid725d77caen jit0623aen jpiy26aen
