For one of the leading luxury brands in the world, we are currently recruiting a new Retail Sales professional (m/w) for their beautiful store in the mountain resort of Gstaad (Kanton Bern).
POSITION
Your main responsibilities will be the following:
To ensure a role of welcoming and service to customers in the different product departments
To participate in the development of sales, thanks to adapted advice and a personalised follow-up
To develop loyalty and long-lasting relations with the clientele
To participate in the store daily activities (merchandise reception and storage, visual merchandising, handling payments, after-sales service, inventories)
PROFILE
We are ideally looking for a person with the following :
Previous sales experience (min. 3 years) in a high-end / luxury retail store
Sense of responsibilities, autonomy, dynamism and enthusiasm
Sales, customer service and high-end product experience
Excellent presentation and strong interpersonal skills
Collaborative and Team spirit
Fluency in German and English, other languages would represent assets
