 
        
        * Inspect rooms (arrival, departure, evening service) and ensure compliance with LHW quality standards
 * Coordinate the teams of room attendants and porters on the floors
 * Ensure good organization so that rooms are ready for guests on time
 * Handle guest requests
 * Monitor maintenance work
 * Care for special furnishings
 * Ensure proper care and cleaning of furniture and public areas
 * Assist in training and onboarding of new employees
