The incoming CEO will bear full responsibility for the strategic direction, operational leadership, and sustainable development of the company across Switzerland and the Arab-speaking markets, particularly the UAE.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIESStrategic Corporate LeadershipFull accountability for the strategic positioning, direction, and sustainable development of Elian Real Estate AG in Switzerland and the UAEDesign and execution of short-, medium- and long-term corporate strategies in close collaboration with the Board of DirectorsBuilding, leading and motivating a high-performing management team; fostering a results-driven and integrity-based corporate cultureRepresenting the company vis-à-vis authorities, investors, business partners and the public across Switzerland and international marketsFinancial Management & Risk ControlOverall responsibility for financial governance, budgeting, liquidity management, forecasting and Board-level reportingEnsuring full compliance with Swiss and international accounting standards (OR, Swiss GAAP, IFRS)Establishing and maintaining banking relationships; negotiating financing structures for real estate projectsIdentifying, analysing and proactively managing entrepreneurial, legal and market-related risksReal Estate Portfolio & Business DevelopmentOversight of the full real estate portfolio including acquisition, development, management and marketing of propertiesIdentifying and developing new business opportunities in Switzerland and the Arabic-speaking markets (especially UAE)Building and maintaining investor and partner relationships in the international real estate marketMarket analysis, competitive intelligence and data-driven strategic recommendationsCompliance & Corporate GovernanceEnsuring full compliance with Swiss corporate law (OR, GwG, FINMA requirements) and UAE regulatory frameworksResponsibility for internal control systems, governance structures and audit processesCoordinating with fiduciaries, legal counsel and authorities in both Switzerland and the UAEYOUR PROFILE – MANDATORY REQUIREMENTSEducationMaster's Degree (mandatory): MBA, Master in Finance, Master in Real Estate Management or equivalent postgraduate qualification (EQF Level 7) from a recognised university or business schoolBachelor's Degree: in Business Administration, Finance & Banking, Real Estate Management or a related discipline (EQF Level 5/6)Relevant professional certifications in Finance, Real Estate or Executive Management are a strong advantage (e.G.
