Job Description
* Support Lead PMO in the design and implementation of the program strategy.
* Contribute to the design and implementation of new organizational standards.
* Produce strategic briefs for the Senior Management on a wide range of topics.
* Perform analysis on complex datasets and synthesize key findings for the Senior Management.
* Support critical projects transition to Agile.
* Create and maintain a program communication plan.
* Contribute to the design and organization of a technical learning academy.
* Implement operational and strategic KPIs to monitor program performance.
* Administrate program management tools (Ex: SharePoint; Azure DevOps; PowerBI; Excel).
* Organize international meetings and events.
* Extensive experience preparing materials for executive committees, and senior management meetings.
* Advanced expertise in creating professional, executive-level PowerPoint presentations for C-level stakeholders.
* Proven experience ensuring high-quality project status reporting and robust quality control processes.
* Demonstrated experience leading and driving the transformation from traditional waterfall methodologies to agile project management approaches in large organizations.
* Strong experience coordinating cross‑functional teams to optimize project delivery, reporting processes, and communication flows.
* Hands‑on experience building, maintaining, and governing dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI.
* Advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis, reporting, KPI tracking, and portfolio management.
* Solid experience using Azure DevOps for project management, delivery tracking, dashboards, and program governance.
* Proven ability to ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of project, portfolio, and KPI data.
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in fast‑paced environments with frequent changes in scope and priorities.
* Extensive experience in stakeholder management, including senior leadership and diverse functional teams.
* Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with a proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.
The Successful Applicant
* 5 to 8 years of experience as PMO or Management Consultant.
* Proven to coordinate a team located in different offices.
* Previous experience in working in a multicultural environment, nearshore, offshore.
* Advanced knowledge of organizational design methodologies.
* Advanced knowledge of change management methodologies.
* Formal qualification in project management is a strong plus.
* Knowledge of Agile methodology.
* Strong knowledge of MS Office Products (especially Excel and PowerPoint), Power BI and VBA macros are a strong plus.
* Project management techniques and tools.
