What you'll do:
1. Installing & commissioning parking and mobility solutions: You will implement our modern systems directly at the customer's site – including hardware construction, software configuration and integration into existing infrastructures.
2. Analyze & resolve technical malfunctions: You find errors quickly, implement targeted solutions and ensure that everything continues to run smoothly.
3. Updating & Expanding Systems: You will install firmware updates, software patches and new functions to ensure that our solutions remain secure, reliable and future-proof.
4. Customer Support & Training: You will be a technical contact person, explain complex processes in an understandable way and give practical training directly on site.
5. Documentation: You record all changes, installations and maintenance neatly – digitally and traceably.
6. Teamwork: You will work closely with technicians and project managers throughout Switzerland and implement project milestones.
7. Feedback & Development: You will pass on feedback from the field to our development and product teams and thus help to continuously improve our technologies.
8. Customer Experience: You are the face of SKIDATA with customers – with a professional appearance and reliable service, you strengthen our brand and build long-term relationships.
What you bring to the table:
9. Technical training as an electronics technician, mechatronics technician, electrician or comparable.
10. Experience in electrical engineering, IT/network technology and ideally hardware integration.
11. You communicate openly, share your knowledge and enjoy solving challenges in a team.
12. Fluent in German and English (written and oral).
13. Driver's license and willingness to travel to customers about 90% of your time.
