Responsibilities
1. Create, track, and maintain short-term production schedules for visibility and execution
2. Incorporate input from relevant departments to ensure realistic and achievable schedules
3. Optimize schedules by balancing demand priorities with efficient resource utilization
4. Integrate feedback and changes into schedules promptly
5. Maintain planning parameters in scheduling systems for optimal functionality
6. Generate KPIs and operational metrics to identify trends and root causes of inefficiencies
7. Provide accurate production schedule data for MRP processes
8. Review production documents to determine personnel, material requirements, and priorities
9. Monitor production data (volumes, raw material usage, quality measures) for continuous improvement
Profile
10. Strong ability to influence stakeholders across Supply Chain and functional teams
11. Excellent communication and presentation skills
12. Analytical mindset with experience in defining KPIs and root cause analysis
13. Proficient in production scheduling systems and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
14. Ability to extract and analyze data using Business Intelligence tools
15. English fluency required; German is advantageous
16. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
17. Ability to work independently under general supervision
