This role requires strong analytical thinking, clear communication, and the ability to collaborate across multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities
Gather, document, and validate business requirements from stakeholders.
Analyze processes, workflows, and systems to identify areas for optimization.
Translate business needs into functional specifications for technical teams.
Support project planning, testing, and implementation activities.
Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate insights.
Facilitate workshops and meetings to ensure alignment across teams.
Monitor project outcomes and recommend adjustments for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
2–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of business process modeling and documentation.
Proficiency in tools such as Excel, SQL, or data visualization platforms.
Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
