Location: La Grande Boissière (LGB) campus, Geneva, Switzerland.
Employment type: Part‑time – 5 hours per week.
Responsibilities:
* Supervise and support the student support team in their daily activities.
* Plan schedules and assign duties to ensure adequate coverage for student needs.
* Act as a liaison between student support staff, school administration, faculty, and external agencies.
* Keep accurate records of student support activities and prepare reports to inform planning.
* Monitor and record staff hours, replacements and updates in the ESCE system.
* Organise replacements, ensuring they are properly briefed about their role, duties and responsibilities.
* Lead regular team meetings to ensure common objectives are understood and achieved.
* Occasionally support student support staff in direct interaction with students when required.
* Conduct annual appraisal meetings with team members.
* Maintain and update the Student Support Handbook.
Candidate Requirements:
* Capacity to work collaboratively with different stakeholders (staff, faculty, administration, external partners).
* Previous experience working in a school environment.
* Fluency in French and English.
* Flexibility and willingness to support operational needs when necessary.
* Previous experience in staff supervision or coordination is an asset.
