Operations Coordinator Job Description
You will serve as the primary point of contact for centers, processing sites, manufacturing sites, and other entities. Your responsibilities will include creating and maintaining patient schedules in coordination with these organizations, ensuring timely delivery of services.
Main Responsibilities:
* Create and maintain accurate patient schedules
* Collaborate with various stakeholders to coordinate logistics
* Manage collection, delivery, transport, and manufacturing activities
* Develop problem-solving strategies and implement solutions
* Maintain effective communication with internal and external teams
* Record and analyze data related to patient schedules and treatment processes
* Provide training to treatment sites on patient planning processes, as needed
* Collect feedback from customers and partners
* Update account management systems with essential information
* Participate in meetings and provide real-time support to external users
* Manage requests and issues within the case management system
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in customer service, logistics, or supply chain management
* Excellent teamwork and customer service skills
* Strong time management and prioritization abilities
* Fluency in English, French, and German (written and spoken), with additional languages an asset
