We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Designer Womenswear to join our Design team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in RTW and denim design, fabric development, and global fashion trends, with a proven track record of delivering successful collections in the premium or luxury segment.
We are looking for a dynamic and forward-thinking professional, ideally with 7+ years of experience, but with a modern and innovative approach to design. This position requires someone who combines technical expertise with creative vision, and who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES
* Lead the design and development of women’s RTW and denim collections from concept to final product.
* Research and interpret global fashion trends, consumer insights, and competitive analysis to inform design direction.
* Create seasonal mood boards, color palettes, and sketches aligned with brand identity.
* Collaborate with Product Development, Merchandising, and Technical teams to ensure feasibility and quality standards.
* Oversee fabric sourcing, wash development, and fit approvals in partnership with suppliers and laundries.
* Maintain brand DNA while pushing innovation in silhouettes, details, and finishes.
* Present design concepts and collections to internal stakeholders and leadership.
QUALIFICATIONS
* 7+ years of experience in denim design, preferably in premium or luxury segments.
* Strong expertise in denim fabrics, washes, and garment construction.
* Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CAD tools.
* Excellent understanding of global fashion trends and consumer behavior.
* Strong communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
* Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
