* Leading the global strategy to transform design ways of working and accelerate adoption of digital tools that enable design excellence.
* Driving a unified roadmap that aligns cross‑functional partners around continuous improvement in design processes, governance, and toolsets.
* Building future‑focused capabilities for Brand and Product Information so teams can capture, enhance, and reuse data and assets across the marketing ecosystem.
* Delivering global leadership for the end‑to‑end design process, including Label Information, by strengthening processes, training, and knowledge transfer to embed consistent standards worldwide.
* Shaping an analytics strategy that enables the business to measure design performance, improve efficiency, and demonstrate return on design investment.
* Pioneering new ways to leverage brand, packaging, and product information to create richer, data‑driven consumer experiences.
