Job Description
Workday Systems & Data Ownership
* Serve as a primary expert across Workday HCM, Talent & Performance, Help, and related modules.
* Oversee data integrity across the Workday landscape, including governance, audits, data cleansing, and continuous improvement.
* Enhance system configurations and support the development of new functionalities to improve both employee and HR stakeholder experience.
Data Governance & Quality Assurance
* Implement and refine global data governance standards to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance across all HR datasets.
* Establish routine data monitoring mechanisms (e.g., audits, dashboards, automated alerts) to proactively identify issues.
* Collaborate with HR, Finance, and cross‑functional teams to manage data dependencies throughout the employee lifecycle.
Process Optimization & Automation
* Identify and deliver process improvements, leveraging automation, AI, and integrated workflows to reduce manual effort.
* Support the design and rollout of scalable data workflows that streamline global HR operations.
* Review, simplify, and document data processes to improve system reliability and ease of use.
Project Support & Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Support cyclical HR processes such as performance cycles, system releases, and organizational updates by ensuring data accuracy and system readiness.
* Contribute to HR technology enhancement projects by providing data insights, test plans, and impact analysis.
* Collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective execution across regions.
Stakeholder Enablement & Issue Resolution
* Manage system inquiries, data issues, and support requests, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
* Develop training materials and documentation to enhance system and data literacy across HR and the wider business.
* Act as a trusted advisor on Workday data topics, helping stakeholders understand impacts across processes and integrations.
The Successful Applicant
* 2-3+ years of hands‑on Workday experience across core modules.
* Strong analytical and data‑driven mindset with experience improving data quality at scale.
* Ability to operate effectively in a fast‑paced, global environment.
* Curious, proactive, and motivated by leveraging HR technology, automation, and AI to elevate operational performance.
* Strong problem‑solving abilities, with the confidence to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities.
