* Perform quarterly closing tasks to produce trial balances for each legal entity.
* Manage and record corporate tax provisions, accruals, and interest on intercompany loans.
* Conduct balance sheet revaluations.
* Prepare withholding tax and VAT declarations for various countries, collaborating with tax advisors.
* Handle accounting tasks related to intercompany cash transfers and invoices.
* Oversee fixed assets accounting and post depreciation entries.
* Verify the accuracy of balance sheets and profit & loss statements for assigned companies.
* Create control documents and ensure the accuracy of local accounting records.
* Report entities in the Corporate Consolidation System and ensure data quality.
* Support the Group Consolidation team.
* Collaborate daily with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash management teams.
* Take responsibility for the statutory financial statements of the legal entities.
* Similar experience in a multi-entity environment
* Proficiency in English (B2-C1), ideally with knowledge of French
* Knowledge of Swiss GAAP, IFRS
* Excellent mastery of Excel and financial IT systems (SAP is a plus)
* Autonomy, flexibility, and proactivity
* Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
