We are looking for a structured and hands-on Liquidity Manager to oversee and optimize our global payment flows, provider performance, and cost structure. This role combines elements of finance operations, payments infrastructure, and cash management — ensuring reliable, cost-efficient, and scalable money movement across jurisdictions and providers.
Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day interactions with payment providers, monitor service quality, and troubleshoot issues
Support the finance team on settlements, payouts, and reconciliation processes
Oversee the onboarding and integration of new payment methods and channels
Calculate and maintain up-to-date commission models to support our unit economics
Analyze payment and provider costs by region to identify optimization opportunities
Propose and implement flow restructurings across legal entities for more efficient settlement and cash positioning
Design and maintain provider routing strategies to ensure failover resilience and redundancy
Collaborate with the engineering team on integrating provider reporting into ERP and internal dashboards
Conduct ongoing performance monitoring and benchmarking of payment providers
Review and verify invoices from vendors and partners to ensure accuracy and alignment with contracts
What We’re Looking For: 3+ years of experience in finance operations, treasury, or payments
Strong understanding of global payment systems, PSPs, and financial flows
Excellent analytical skills — able to build and explain financial models
Structured communicator and self-starter with a bias toward ownership
Experience working cross-functionally with finance, product, and engineering
Fluent English; strong documentation and vendor management skills
