All-Inclusive Hourly Rate: Around CHF 80-110 (depending on experience)
Home Office: Around 2-3 days per week / 1-2 days onsite in Zurich
Onsite Location: Zurich, Switzerland
Languages required: German B2/C1, English B2/C1

About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Software Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team in a regulated medical device environment. In this role, you will ensure the highest quality standards in software testing and contribute to the continuous improvement of tools, processes, and agile practices.
Your Responsibilities
Actively perform QA software project testing activities
Document testing activities in compliance with IVDR and IEC 62304 standards
Promote and support the use of shared tools across projects
Drive the standardization of tools and processes
Monitor and utilize project KPIs and dashboards
Ensure consistent application of agile principles and practices within the team
Take ownership of the quality and maintenance of the test environment
Review and verify the quality of software delivery artifacts
Organize and coordinate testing activities within the software testing team
Your Profile
Completed degree in Computer Science or comparable technical qualification
At least one ISTQB Certified Tester certification
Extensive experience in systematic software testing
Strong knowledge of software development within the regulated medical device environment
Experience with testing tools, testing methodologies, acceptance test-driven development (ATDD), and software quality assurance processes
Experience working in agile development environments
Passion for interdisciplinary collaboration
Proactive, communicative, and committed personality
