What This Job Can Offer You
You’ll be a Senior Product Manager, Payroll, tasked with developing a deep understanding of our customers’ needs and pain points and working with cross‑functional teams to design and implement solutions that provide an exceptional payroll experience. You’ll lead development efforts and collaborate with internal experts across operations, compliance, sales, product marketing, and more to build a scalable payroll platform for 80+ markets.
What You Bring
Experience as a senior product manager in a multi‑product, high‑growth scale‑up.
Proficiency in Cursor and/or Claude Code required; able to autonomously build, debug, and ship functional code or prototypes.
Strong understanding of end‑to‑end payroll processes and HR functions; hands‑on experience building payroll software preferred.
Experience launching products or features that leveraged AI.
Great judgment in prioritization (strategic) and feature scope (tactical) decisions.
Data‑driven product manager with experience setting and tracking metrics to achieve results.
Outstanding communication and collaboration skills across departments to satisfy customer and business requirements.
Business‑level proficiency in English.
Excellent stakeholder‑management track record.
Can‑do" attitude – digging into problems and working collaboratively with speed and efficiency.

Lead efforts across engineering, design, and operations to launch high‑impact projects.
Deliver impactful outcomes that set Remote apart.
Work with engineers, designers, and operational counterparts to build elegant solutions to complex problems.
Shape and deliver improvements in a focused area of our product and advance key KPIs related to your team’s goals.
Collaborate with partner teams to connect your roadmap to stakeholder needs.
Lead by example on asynchronous workflows and transparency.
Use AI tools to increase productivity, decision‑making, and workflow efficiency.

Salary
Annual salary range: $54,900–$154,400 USD.
