The Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Hugo Boss Watches & Jewelry brand team by ensuring efficient execution of administrative, product development, and marketing activities. The role facilitates cross‑functional coordination and contributes to timely and accurate project delivery in alignment with brand and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage inventory and track product samples.
* Create and process purchase orders for all non‑production materials.
* Serve as main point of contact for administrative requests from licensors.
* Prepare presentations and reports, including product updates and marketing reviews.
* Document and file product and marketing assets.
* Contribute to continuous improvement of tools and processes.
* Support the Product Manager by maintaining and regularly updating product development tools and documentation.
* Assist with product photography processes and ensure timely execution and delivery.
* Update and manage internal sales tools such as DAM, line sheets, and toolbox.
* Support the Marketing Manager by coordinating timelines across regional sales teams, HQ, and licensors/agencies.
* Maintain and update asset‑management tools.
* Prepare and organize campaign assets and guidelines (photos and videos).
* Assist in creation of marketing tools (VM guidelines, toolboxes, training materials).
* Draft press texts and product‑related copy.
* Lead or support ad‑hoc projects as needed.
Qualifications
* Two years of relevant experience.
* Background in Marketing or Product Marketing is a plus.
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
* Fluency in English and German or French (additional language considered an asset).
* Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel), Photoshop, Canva, InDesign; SAP experience is a plus.
* Strong organizational and project‑management skills.
