Overview Position: Customer Support Representative (Dutch Speaking)
Location: Santos, Lisbon – Portugal
Work Model: On-site

Schedule: Rotative shifts, Monday to Saturday, 08:00–20:00
Responsibilities The role involves providing customer support to an international team in Santos (Lisbon).
Requirements Dutch (fluent/native level)
English at least B2 level
Good communication skills
Availability to work rotating shifts
Salary & Benefits Base salary: €1,400 gross (no experience required)
Possible signing bonus up to €2,500 (gross)

Relocation Package (if applicable) Support with NIF and NISS
Assistance in finding accommodation
Relocation bonus: €2,500 gross (paid with first payroll)
€1,500 gross for candidates relocating within Portugal (100 km+ from Lisbon)
