We are looking for a motivated and reliable individual who enjoys taking initiative, values direct user interaction, and actively supports IT operations in daily business. In this role, you will be close to the action, take on responsibility, and gradually develop into more advanced topics – supported and guided within a team environment.
Your main tasks
* On-site user and workplace support for digital workplace devices (laptops, smartphones), printers, local networks and standard software
* 1st-level support, ticket handling and escalation to internal/external 2nd- and 3rd-level support teams (in German and English)

* Support with hardware rollouts, device replacements and workplace setups
* Involvement in the further development of the IT landscape and in defining the service scope with external IT partners
* Support in documenting IT processes, services and interfaces
* Participation in IT security awareness initiatives (e.g. preparation of training materials, support during training sessions)
(Strategic topics are handled with guidance and not under sole responsibility)
