Nexus is looking for a (part-time) Management & Leadership Trainer.
Team Trainers at Nexus Consulting focus on facilitating human interactions and building a collectivity. They provide multicultural organizations with strategies and tools to enhance team performance and happiness, leading collectively. Nexus Consulting offers highly-customized services in Team retreats and Team training, as well as skills and competency-building, strategy development and Team coaching.
We work and collaborate with 50+ international organizations, 40+ private sector companies, and we provide our services in 40+ countries and 4 continents.

Responsibilities
* Deliver trainings in “soft skills”, mainly communication, leadership, management skills;
* Facilitate group events, workshops and team retreats;
* Work with international and multicultural groups;
Qualifications
* Very good public speaker;
* Experience in training and facilitating groups of 20+ participants;
* Can work with very international, multicultural groups;
* Very client- and service-oriented;
* 3-5 years of relevant experiences;
* People person and excellent interpersonal skills;
* Motivated to develop and grow, open to learn;
* Driven by helping people and organizations;
* Dynamic personality;
* Solution-oriented;
* Good sense of humour;
* Very good writing skills;
* Based in the larger Geneva area or in Suisse Romande;
* Willing and ready to travel, mostly in Europe and also worldwide;
* English, French (another language is a plus);
