To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Customs/Freight Forwarding Clerk (m/f/d) - 100% - Remoteto actively support our import and export processes. Your tasks:
* Processing of import customs clearance
* Support with export customs clearance
* Creation and maintenance of dossiers in internal systems
* Management of registrations and customs-related documentation
* Preparation and preparation of invoices
* Ensuring correct and complete customs declarations in accordance with Swiss regulations
* Support of customers and internal users with customs-related issues
* Participation in the further development and expansion of the department
* Working closely with colleagues to ensure smooth operations
Your profile:
* Commercial training (KV) or equivalent qualification
* 1–2 years of experience in freight forwarding (import/export)
* Initial experience in customs clearance, ideally in import
* General training in the field of freight forwarding (experience in road transport is an advantage)
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Experience with customs systems (e-dec required, PASSAR is an advantage)
* Very good knowledge of German and English (other languages are an advantage)
* Perseverance and a high degree of responsibility
* Ability to work in a team combined with independence and flexibility
