Role Overview
VIETTI is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead the boutique in Zermatt.
This role is responsible for driving sales performance, developing the store team, and delivering exceptional luxury client experiences. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills and strong expertise in clienteling, CRM, and digital retail strategies, contributing to both in-store excellence and digital customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, motivate, and develop a team of Client Advisors, fostering a high-performance and service-oriented environment.
* Ensure the team consistently delivers exceptional luxury customer experiences aligned with brand standards.
* Conduct daily briefings and monitor individual performance to drive sales results and operational efficiency.
* Coach the team on advanced selling techniques and personalized client engagement.
Clienteling & Customer Experience
* Implement advanced clienteling strategies to strengthen customer loyalty and increase repeat business.
* Deliver highly personalized shopping experiences tailored to international luxury clientele.
* Use CRM tools to track client interactions, purchasing patterns, and preferences.
* Integrate digital retail tools and CRM platforms to enhance customer engagement and sales performance.
* Develop targeted outreach strategies based on customer insights and purchase history.
* Plan follow-ups including invitations to exclusive events, private appointments, and product launches.
Social Retail & Digital Engagement
* Support the boutique’s digital presence and social selling initiatives.
* Collaborate on social media content that reflects the brand’s identity and promotes new collections.
* Leverage social platforms as an additional sales channel to increase engagement and client acquisition.
Training & Coaching
* Train and mentor the team in luxury service standards, clienteling practices, and product knowledge.
* Organize training sessions to ensure alignment with seasonal collections, brand storytelling, and market trends.
Store Operations & Performance
* Oversee daily boutique operations ensuring excellence in visual merchandising, stock management, and service standards.
* Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies to consistently achieve sales targets.
* Ensure operational compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
* Proven experience in luxury retail management.
* Strong expertise in clienteling and CRM systems, with a demonstrated ability to build long-term client relationships.
* Solid understanding of digital retail and omnichannel strategies.
* Excellent leadership and team management skills.
* Strong business acumen with a results-driven mindset.
* Passion for luxury fashion and attention to detail.
Languages
* Fluency in English and Italian is required.
* Knowledge of German or French is considered a strong advantage.
