Deine Mission:
Responsibilities Bearbeitung von Composite Strukturen für Trägerraketen (Bohren, Fräsen, Nieten, Kleben)
Selbständiges Montieren von Baugruppen und Vorrichtungen gemäss Fabrikationsdokumenten
Bestücken und Bedienen von Anlagen
Verpacken und Bereitstellen der Bauteile für den Transport
Prozesskonforme und vollständige Erstellung der anfallenden Fabrikations-Dokumentation
Mitarbeit bei betriebsinternen Entwicklungs- und Verbesserungs-Projekten, Optimieren von Arbeitsschritten und Prozessen
Externe Arbeiten (In- und Ausland) oder Testkampagnen im Rahmen des persönlich zumutbaren, durchführen
Qualifications Technische Grundausbildung mit erfolgreich abgeschlossener Berufslehre (z.B. als Industrie Spengler, Anlage- & Apparatebauer, Polymechaniker, Kunststofftechnologe, Modellschreiner, Schreiner)
Technische Pläne lesen und ein gutes räumliches Vorstellungsvermögen
Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich (Luft- und Raumfahrt, Leichtbau oder Rennsport vorteilhaft)
Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit
Hohe Flexibilität, Einsatzbereitschaft und Belastbarkeit
Ausgeprägte Qualitätsorientierung
Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
