Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field with extensive experience in sales, partner marketing, channel management, or business development within the technology industry.
* Proven track record of managing high-performance teams across geographies and dealing with diverse audiences including customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
* Strong business acumen, knowledge of Microsoft operating models, and experience working with Microsoft Partners and sales teams.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute global GTM plans for channel partners.
* Deliver ROI aligned with investment expectations.
* Manage resources and capacity, including MACIPP and Top MPL.
* Ensure team learns and applies Solution Plays Win Formulas.
* Leverage investments and enablement to maximize ROI.
* Lead partner GTM execution and represent partner interests.
